Red Cliff Campground

Red Cliff Campground is located 46 miles south of Bozeman (7 miles south of Big Sky) and 44 miles north of West Yellowstone, MT, the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The campground is adjacent to the scenic Gallatin River and Hwy 191. Most campsites are among scattered pine and fir trees. Others are located in open meadows away from the river. There are 67 sites in this campground, 26 of which have electrical hookups. The campground is open between mid May and mid September, weather permitting. The largest parking spur is 18’ x 50’. Maximum stay is 16 consecutive days.

$15.00/night
$5.00 additional for electric sites
$7.00 each additional vehicle

Golden passes not applicable toward electric or additional vehicle fees.

Day Use Picnic Area: $45.00/day. Approximately 15 vehicles can park at the picnic area. Unless reserved, the day-use picnic area is available without fee.

Amenities: Fire grates, accessible vault toilets, water, firewood ($6.00/bundle or 3 bundles for $15.00), picnic tables.

Activities: Fishing on the Gallatin River, hiking, rafting, kayaking, wildlife viewing.
